A student from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso has been tragically killed during a sign-out party. The victim, Babalola Marvelous Ishola, was found lifeless by the roadside on Wednesday evening, sending shockwaves through the university community and beyond.

In response to the fatal shooting, the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Monitoring Unit launched a sting operation that led to the arrest of sixteen suspects believed to be connected to the incident.
