Aespa to Take Stage at Osaka Kyocera and Tokyo Domes Next April

aespa Announces Major Solo Concerts in Japan

K-pop group aespa is set to make a significant mark in Japan with a series of solo concerts at two of the country’s most iconic venues. The group will perform at the Osaka Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome in April next year, marking a major milestone in their career.

The announcement came as a surprise during the group's Japan leg of their world tour, which took place on the 8th and 9th at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium in Tokyo. The event was a huge success, with all seats sold out and attracting around 24,000 attendees over the two days.

Expanding Their Presence in Japan

aespa will begin their performances at the Osaka Kyocera Dome on April 11–12, followed by their third concert at the Tokyo Dome on April 25–26. This marks a significant step for the group, as they have now added the Kyocera Dome—ranked among Japan’s top five domes—to their performance lineup.

This achievement highlights the growing popularity of aespa in Japan. When they first performed at the Tokyo Dome in August 2023, they set a record for the shortest time between their debut and a Tokyo Dome performance by a foreign artist. Their second Tokyo Dome concert in August last year was also historic, as it marked the first time a female foreign artist achieved consecutive Tokyo Dome performances for two years.

Continuing Their Asia Tour

In addition to these major concerts, aespa is currently on an arena tour across major Japanese cities. The group has scheduled a total of 10 shows at venues that can accommodate more than 10,000 people each. Their upcoming performances include:

  • Impact Arena in Bangkok on the 15th–16th
  • Asia World in Hong Kong on February 7–8, next year
  • Macau Galaxy Arena on March 7–8, next year
  • Indonesia Convention Exhibition Center in Jakarta on April 4, next year

These events demonstrate the group’s expanding influence and fanbase across Asia.

Additional Performance on Amazon Music

As part of their ongoing activities, aespa will also appear on Amazon Music’s “Amazon Music Live” on the 13th. This performance is expected to further boost their visibility and engagement with fans worldwide.

Conclusion

aespa’s upcoming concerts in Japan and their continued presence in Asia underscore their rising status in the global K-pop scene. With their unique style and powerful performances, the group continues to captivate audiences and set new records. As they prepare for their next set of shows, fans around the world are eagerly anticipating what comes next.
